Aunt Edna could throw down in the kitchen. I moved to Texas from California and within 8 months I gained 15 lbs. I fill in love with Aunt Edna Lousiana style of cooking and loved the fact that she never used pork. She made the best beff Brisket and dirty rice. I taught me how to make suffed bell peppers. I enjoyed spending time with her. I believe she loved being a grandmother more than anything in the world. She adored her kids and her grands. It was a bless for me to her niece. I love you Auntie and I know heaven is rejoice to have you home.
